Our first name that we have come up with for our game design is “FEEDMEEZ” which is to represent not only what the game actually involves, but also a word that is in a way representing a way of learning (Instead of calling the game something like “teachmeez”). The game involves characters similar to the tamagotchi except that instead of the character asking you to feed it in the game by pressing a button, the characters ask you to physically “feed it” information, that is either collected or by completing tasks and questions in the game.
The more you feed the character, the more in learns, and the more it grows, also rewarding the child with grading systems and health points, so they know how well they are doing at answering the questions.
(more about the aspects of how the game works will be posted later).

The game itself, the idea is to try and make the game console a bit more adventurous and innovative then the competitions, as the games consoles them selves are pretty bland and unattractive if you ask me. It could involve that “Our” console could resemble an actual character that might appear in the game, or actually be the character itself.

Guys,
the name is reminding me of a line from the litlle shop of horrors, “Feed Me Seymour”. I realise you are not doing promotional material but you could think about how you market it to kids so its fun and not just educational. Or at least think about the character of the critter they are feeding.
